Hopeway Dairy

At Hopeway Dairy in Westmoreland County, multiple generations of the Frye family work together every day to keep their family farm running. Partners with Turner's since 1975, the Fryes manage approximately 1,000 acres of farmland while caring for and milking their herd of roughly 250. Our founder’s motto remains an integral part of our company ethos to this day.

Since our founding in 1930, Turner Dairy Farms' focus has been on setting a higher standard of quality from the farm to the bottle.

Fresh, local, rBGH-free milk sourced right here in Western Pennsylvania. Products that continue to win national awards annually for taste and quality. Our line of Premium Iced Teas has been a Pittsburgh favorite for generations.

We focus on providing the freshest, best tasting, highest quality dairy products because we believe your family deserves it.

Quality you won’t find anywhere else.

Local agriculture is of utmost importance to our family business and the socioeconomic fabric of Western Pennsylvania.

Turner’s SQF-certified, state-of-the-art production facility and quality control laboratory focuses on ensuring all of our products maintain the highest standard of quality. Our exclusive partnership with local farmers — 50 of them in 19 counties — make the same commitment to that standard, putting Turner's milk at the forefront for taste and quality not only here in Western PA, but on a national level.

National Dairy Month

June is National Dairy Month! As part of our ongoing 90th Anniversary celebration we will be highlighting the partnerships we have local, family owned dairy farmers.

The Story of Charlie G. Turner

In April 1930, Chas G Turner Dairy was founded (changed to Turner Dairy Farms, Inc. in 1951). Charlie remained focused on the ethos we still follow today: “Perfect Products. Perfect Service. Treat People Right.” Charlie was described as humble, caring, serving, and generous.
